Callsigns

Your callsign is the only thing you write that other players see. It must not insult, harass or threaten anyone, impersonate another person, or contain hate speech, sexual content, slurs or advertising. We may reset a callsign that breaks these rules without notice.

Fair play

Do not cheat: no modified game files, bots playing for you, exploits of bugs, or interference with the servers or other players' connections. We may suspend or permanently block online play for an account that does, and reset its rank. Offline play is never affected.

Reporting a player

To report an offensive callsign or a cheater, write to [email protected] with the callsign, the map and the approximate time of the match. We review every report and tell you what we did. If your callsign was reset or your online play was blocked and you think it was a mistake, write to the same address and we will look again.

Online service

Online battles depend on our servers. We work to keep them running, but they may be unavailable for maintenance or outages, and online features may change over time. Battles against bots and local co-op always work without a connection.
