Privacy Policy
Your data in Fury Tanks.
Fury Tanks is a paid game with no ads, no tracking and no data sales. We keep only what online battles need, and we never hand player data to third parties.

Who is responsible
Fury Tanks is developed and sold by Alexander Suslov, Valencia, Spain, who is the controller of the data described here. Contact: [email protected].
Offline play
Battles against bots and local co-op run entirely on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us.
What online battles keep
- Game Center player ID — the identifier Apple gives your Game Center account for our games. Online play requires signing in to Game Center. It is not your Apple ID, email or real name.
- IP address — needed to connect you to a match, to work out your country for regional statistics and to protect matches from cheating and attacks. We keep IP addresses for no more than 30 days; after that only the country remains. We never ask for or store your precise location.
- Callsign — the name you choose in the game, shown to other players.
- Platform and game version — Mac, iPhone or iPad and the version you run, so we only match compatible players.
- Match data and rank — the battles you play, their results and the rank earned from them.
That is all. There is no chat and no way to send other players messages, pictures or files — players interact only by driving tanks in a battle. We do not collect your contacts, photos, advertising identifier, precise location or payment details. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
Why we use it
To run online play — connecting you to matches, keeping them fair and protected from cheating, ranks — to fix problems, and to understand in aggregate where and how the game is played. We do not use it for advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites.
Under the GDPR we process this data to perform our agreement with you (providing online play) and for our legitimate interest in keeping the game working, fair and improving.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Fury Tanks. We do not sell, rent or share player data with third parties, advertisers or data brokers. Other players see only your callsign and rank in a match. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Our servers are rented from Amazon Web Services, which only hosts the data for us and cannot use it for anything else. Today all data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU.
As the game grows we may add game servers in other regions, such as North America and Asia, so matches run with low latency; a match is then handled by the server you play on. Whenever data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in Amazon's data processing terms. We will list the regions in use on this page.
How it is protected
Game traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3 over QUIC), and stored data is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the developer.
How long we keep it
IP addresses are deleted within 30 days. Everything else is kept while Fury Tanks' online services run, so your rank and history stay with you. You can have it deleted at any time — see below.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] with your callsign to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have all of it deleted. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Children
Fury Tanks is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them; if you believe a child has played online, write to us and we will delete the data.
This website
furytanks.com uses Google Analytics only if you allow it in the consent banner, to count visits and button clicks. You can change your choice in Analytics settings at any time.
